Bryan Station (2-1) vs. Henry Clay (2-0)

Coach Champ Ligon started the following lineup:  6-3 Sr. Dacoby Burnett, 6-1 Jr. Charles Ashford, 6-3 Sr. Terrell Combs, 5-10 Jr. Montel Morones, and 6-3 Sr. Shelvin Mack.  Henry Clay Coach Daniel Brown countered with 6-5 Sr. Aaron Boyd, 5-11 Sr. Josh Oakley, 6-6 Jr. Victor Moses, 5-11 Jr. Prince Stewart, and 5-10 Sr. Brian Nichols

Bryan Station scored 50 points off 34 Henry Clay turnovers in a 105-70 victory.  The second and fourth quarters were expecially devastating for Henry Clay as they were outscored 64-28 in those two periods. 

Bryan Station shot 52.8% from the field including six of 11 from the three point line.  The Defenders connected on 23 of 27 free throws and pulled down 35 rebounds.  Henry Clay shot 44.3% from the field including six of 23 from beyond the arc.  The Blue Devils connected on 10 of 14 free throws, grabbed 37 rebounds, and scored 25 points off 19 Bryan Station turnovers. 

Shelvin Mack led the victors with 27 points, seven rebounds, eight assists, and five steals.  Montel Morones added 19 points and six assists.  Terrell Combs chipped in with 16 points on eight of eight from the field.  Dacoby Burnett recorded 15 points.  Victor Moses led Henry Clay with 21 points and nine rebounds.  Brian Nichols and Prince Stewart added 17 and 12 points respectively.
