Kaniya Kendricks, 5-8 Jr. Madelyn Ditto, 5-5 Jr. Jordan Isom, and 5-5 Sr. Bryleigh Brawner.  DuPont Manual coach Jeff Sparks countered with 6-1 Sr. Nila Blackford, 5-5 Jr. Anna Littlefield, 6-1 Fr. Kennedy Lee, 5-5 Fr. Ayanna Stroud, and 5-5 Sr. Nyah Smith.

 

DuPont Manual defeated Central Hardin by a score of 58-35.  DuPont Manual shot 30.6% from the field including two of 11 from the three point line.  The Lady Crimsons connected on 26 of 34 free throws, pulled down 39 rebounds, and scored 25 points off 20 Central Hardin turnovers.  Central Hardin shot 25.5% from the field including five of 13 from beyond the arc.  The Lady Bruins connected on four of seven free throws, pulled down 38 rebounds, and scored two points off six Central Hardin turnovers. 

 

Nila Blackford led DuPont Manual with 22 points including 10 of 13 free throws, 10 rebounds, two blocked shots, and five steals.  5-11 Fr. Daisha White added nine points, seven rebounds, and three blocked shots.  Nyah Smith recorded nine points, five rebounds, and two steals.  5-6 Jr. Jeanay Riley chipped in with seven points, four rebounds, and two steals.

 

Jordan Isom led Central Hardin with 15 points on five three point baskets and three rebounds.  Emily Bryant added seven points.  Madelyn Ditto pulled down 10 rebounds.

Anderson County defeated assumption by a score of 58-31.  Anderson County shot 37.7% from the field including nine of 22 from the three point line.  The Lady Bearcats connected on nine of 14 free throws, pulled down 27 rebounds, and scored 26 points off 26 Assumption turnovers.  Assumption shot 27.8% from the field including one of nine from beyond the arc.  The Rockets connected on 10 of 17 free throws, pulled down 38 rebounds, and scored 10 Anderson County turnovers.

 

Lauren Boblitt led Anderson County with 14 points including two three point baskets, six rebounds, three assists, and three steals.  Jaclynn Ruble added 14 points including four three point baskets, four rebounds, and four steals.  Anna Foley recorded eight points, two rebounds, two assists, and two steals.

Bowling Green led 35-19 early in the final quarter but had to withstand a fourth quarter rally by Ballard to earn a 46-41 victory.  Bowling Green shot 23% from the field including six of 23 from the three point line.  The Purples connected on 12 of 34 free throws, pulled down 56 rebounds, and scored 17 points off 24 Ballard turnovers.  Ballard shot 28.8% from the field including zero of 16 from beyond the arc.  The Lady Bruins connected on 11 of 24 free throws, pulled down 47 rebounds, and scored 11 points off 18 Bowling Green turnovers.

 

T’Alla Brown led Bowling Green with 11 points, seven rebounds, four assists, and three steals.  Taylor Ragland added nine points and five rebounds.  5-10 8th Grade Saniyah Shelton recorded eight points, six rebounds, and two steals.  Keyozdon Jones added six points, 10 rebounds, and two steals.  5-11 Fr. LynKaylah James recorded six points, four rebounds, and two blocked shots.

 

Cameryn Austin led Ballard with 15 points including five of five free throws and three rebounds.  Kiarah Carney added 11 points, 11 rebounds, and two steals.  Naria Reed recorded nine points and four rebounds.

Bullitt East raced out to a 23-1 first quarter lead on their way to a 75-11 victory over Atherton.  Bullitt East shot 44.8% from the field including 10 of 27 from the three point line.  The Lady Chargers connected on nine of 10 free throws, pulled down 40 rebounds, and scored 29 points off 30 Atherton turnovers.  Atherton shot 14.8% from the field including zero of six from beyond the arc.  The Lady Rebels connected on three of six free throws, pulled down 25 rebounds, and did not score off three Bullitt East turnovers.

 

Lexi Taylor led Bullitt East with 19 points including three three point baskets, 15 rebounds, two blocked shots, and five steals.  Caroline Scott added 14 points including two three point baskets, four rebounds, and three steals.  5-7 Fr. Emma Egan recorded 10 points and 5-8 Sr. Selena Granado added 10 points including two three point baskets.

Eastern defeated Muhlenberg County by a score of 76-27.  Eastern shot 47.9% from the field including three of 11 from the three point line.  The Lady Eagles connected on five of eight free throws, pulled down 57 rebounds, and scored 16 points off 13 Muhlenberg County turnovers.  Muhlenberg County shot 20.7% from the field including one of 14 from beyond the arc.  The Lady Mustangs connected on two of three free throws, pulled down 28 rebounds, and scored six points off seven Eastern turnovers.

 

Marissa Gasaway led Eastern with 23 points, 25 rebounds, and five blocked shots.  Kiara Pearl added 16 points, six rebounds, four assists, and three steals.  Mikayla Kinnard recorded 11 points, 12 rebounds, five assists, and two steals.  Tedi Nunn chipped in with eight points, five rebounds, two blocked shots, and three steals.

Muhlenberg County outscored Christian Academy of Louisville 14-5 in the final quarter to earn a 47-45 come-from-behind victory over the Lady Centurions.  The score was tied 10 times and there were four lead changes in the game.  Muhlenberg County shot 33.35 from the field including two of 10 from the three point line.  The Lady Mustangs connected on seven of 10 free throws, pulled down 42 rebounds, and scored 13 points off 15 CAL turnovers.  CAL shot 35.7% from the field including four of 16 from beyond the arc.  The Lady Centurions connected on one of three free throws, pulled down 35 rebounds, and scored 16 points off 14 Muhlenberg County turnovers.
