Sayre coach Bart Bellairs started the following lineup: 5-6 8th Grade Kylee Dennis, 5-6 So. Cate Goodman, 5-6 So. Emma Samuel, 5-2 Jr. Maggie Little, and 5-6 So. Melissa Shane. Frederick Douglass coach Shawn Ransom countered with 5-9 Sr. Destyne Jackson, 5-7 So. Niyaune Gentry, 5-9 Fr. Allison Wallace, 5-5 8th Grade Faith Moore, and 5-6 Fr. Kennedi Brooks.
Frederick Douglass defeated Sayre by a score of 64-41. Frederick Douglass shot 33.9% from the field including five of 20 from the three point line. The Lady Broncos connected on 17 of 31 free throws, pulled down 46 rebounds, and scored 33 points off 35 Sayre turnovers. Sayre shot 33.3% from the field including two of seven from beyond the arc. The Lady Spartans connected on nine of 12 free throws, pulled down 36 rebounds, and scored 23 points off 22 Frederick Douglass turnovers.
Destyne Jackson led Frederick Douglass with 21 points including two three point baskets, three rebounds, four assists, and five steals. Niyaune Gentry added 15 points, seven rebounds, and three steals. Allison Wallace recorded 12 points including two three point baskets, 10 rebounds, and two assists.
Kylee Dennis led Sayre with 23 points and four rebounds. 5-7 Fr. Catherine Graves added six points and seven rebounds. Emma Samuel recorded six points on two three point baskets.

Henry Clay defeated Bryan Station by a score of 69-41. Henry Clay shot 55.6% from the field including three of 11 from the three point line. The Lady Blue Devils connected on 16 of 17 free throws, pulled down 30 rebounds, and scored 27 points off 16 Bryan Station turnovers. Bryan Station shot 42.5% from the field including three of 18 from beyond the arc. The Lady Cardinals connected on eight of 12 free throws, pulled down 67 rebounds, and scored 19 points off 17 Frederick Douglass turnovers. Scott County attempted 93 shots from the field tonight. Scott County trailed 17-16 after the first quarter but quickly rallied to take control on their way to an 88-57 victory over Henry Clay. Scott County shot 52.3% from the field including nine of 19 from the three point line. The Lady Cardinals connected on 11 of 23 free throws, pulled down 42 rebounds, and scored 18 points off 18 Henry Clay turnovers. Henry Clay shot 37.5% from the field including three of 15 from beyond the arc.
